UK Standard Delivery
Our UK Standard Second Class Tracked delivery service takes between 2-5 working days unless it is First Class Tracked Shipping which could take up to 2 working days

International Standard Delivery
Our International Standard Delivery could take up to 7 working days depending on your local courier policies.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your order after 14 working days and would like an update on delivery.
We aim to always meet these timescales but during busy periods deliveries may take longer so please be patient.
We are happy to exchange any item as long as it is returned to us in its original condition. All our clothing items come individually bagged/boxed. There are size charts on the site so please check these before ordering to ensure you get the right size for you, as we will not send out exchanges until items have been returned in their original condition.
If you would like to exchange your order for another item/ size, please return package to the address below, items will only be accepted if returned in their original condition. Please remember to include the following information in your package so that we can process your return: Order Number, Full name, Address, Email address used when ordering, and the size/style you would like to exchange for.

We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only post to the address given at the time of the order on our website - we CANNOT change addresses after an order has been put through. If you make a mistake on your order contact us to cancel the order and re-enter your correct details.

Returns should be made by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 10 working days from receipt. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
To return your orders simply follow these steps:
- Print off a copy of your order emailed to you when you placed your order, and indicate which items you are returning.
- Return the item by recorded delivery, together with the copy order. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. We are unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
- Once we receive your order and passes inspection, you will be refunded.
- We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
